Their advanced Big Data tools allow marketers to understand customer behaviors, needs and expectations more effectively than the competition. This demo for the fictitious ‘Clique Home’ is initiated when a new customer signs up for the newsletter on the website or in-store through an emailed receipt. Once a user is identified they are cultivated through behavioral, promotional and transactional interactions. The nuances of these interactions dramatically affect an individual’s perception and interaction with the brand. With well placed pop-ups a website can recapture sales and refresh interest at critical moments.
