This online self-service portal gives Verti customers access to review and modify their policies, make payments, claims and endorsements (policy coverage changes, including the signing of contracts). This project included IA, interaction design strategy, flows, wireframes, prototypes, UIs and system blueprints. The application was developed in AngularJS using Agile methodologies as an MVP and released in 4-months. Once live we iterated and expanded on functionality.
